AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista

My wife and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista after taking a red-eye flight that got us to Orlando around 7 AM with barely any rest. I reached out to the hotel in advance to see if an early check-in might be possible, and Andrea was incredibly kind and immediately helped arrange a room for us, which we truly appreciated since we really needed to rest. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Andrea, who even remembered my booking and pronounced my last name correctly - something that may seem small but made the experience feel much more personal and welcoming. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hot water was especially appreciated by my wife. The location was extremely convenient for us, right across from Disney Springs and near the Walt Disney World Resort. In addition to the location - getting around might be a bit of hassle if you do not plan on renting a vehicle as the hotel is located next to what it seems a busy highway around the area. We did encounter slight traffic around the evening so traffic builds up depending on time. We took Uber for the entire trip. Although, it was convenient for us the only downside I would say of the location is that there was no restaurants or food spots within walking distance of less than 5 minutes so if you plan to stay in the hotel make sure to have DoorDash and UberEats handy. Overall, we had a great experience and would like to thank Andrea again for handling all of our requests and delivered outstanding service throughout our stay.

This was my second time staying at the hotel during the weekend for a concert at the House of Blues. The shower was perfectly hot, the rooms were clean, the service was excellent. I purchased items from the hotel’s convenience counter both times (sodas, tylenol, etc.) and they very reasonably priced. The hotel is perfectly located near Disney Springs about 8-9 minutes away with a car. I think the best part however is, the Waffle House is right across from them. only 1 minute walk and after a late night at a concert or a day at Disney Springs its the perfect spot to go. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel but I haven’t personally dined there. Highly recommend staying here!!

Stayed with my family and Sister's family. The hotel was nice and everyone working in the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were extremely quiet, even though right off the highway. I didn't hear any traffic noise, our room faced the highway. The bar/sitting area was a nice addition for us to sit and have dinner outside of our rooms and talk about the highlights of our day. I had an issue with the toilet not working when first arrived, after completing my cleaning of the room ( FYI the room was very clean, I like to clean the remote, toilet seat and lysol to my standards). They sent someone up to fix the issue immediately. However, 4am the issue arised again. Went down to the front desk, was advised they would move us to another room once one was cleaned and available. I decided to call front desk to have someone come plunge the toilet again at 630 am once maintenance was back on duty, so we could get ready for the day. The maintenance man plunged it saying it was fix. I informed him this was plunged 2x in less than 24 hours. He then used what I believed to be an toilet auger. He assured me the issue was resolved. I then decided not to hassle with changing rooms as we had a full day at the disney parks. Once returning to the room late that night the issue remained resolved and no further issues the rest of our stay. The transportation to the parks were inconsistent as their schedule bringing back to the hotel ended early in the evening. However, taking Uber/Lyft was a reasonable price. The hotel had limited restaurants in walking distance unless you favor the Waffle House. Again, there were several in a short distance with a reasonable Uber/Lyft ride. Overall, nice place to stay. It's nice when issues are met with a sense of urgency and professionalism. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Orlando in January 2026.

Clean hotel, well maintained grounds, attentive staff. No outrageous parking fee. Great Disney gift shop across the street that was fun to browse. Easily going to book this hotel again

Excellent experience very good quality breakfast the front desk, staff very friendly and informative. The hotel is in front of a Disney store with very convenient prices. The hotel is 10 minutes. Walk from Olive Garden restaurant in Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s a very good location for families good value for money, large room, rooms, comfortable rooms, and beds accessible about 20 minutes from Disney and it offers a shuttle service to Disney Springs.

I had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel! Check-in was unbelievably fast and easy, which I really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The front desk agent, Kaylee, did an outstanding job—she was so welcoming and professional, and she even took the time to wish my baby a happy birthday. That personal touch meant so much to us and made our stay extra special. The hotel is spotless—everything was so clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Clean rooms, excellent service, great breakfast, and staff who truly care. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel and I've really enjoyed my stay. From cleanliness to hotel staff which greeted with a smile. The standout service is the bar team especially Brian. As bartender, he has incredible service style and does it with a smile. He also shared recommendations by listening to what I needed at the moment. I will indeed return to the hotel when in Orlando!

AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista is a clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel with a sleek, comfortable design. The rooms were spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. While the location isn’t ideal and requires a bit of driving to get around, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service, and I would stay here again.
